1 And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,1-7 The judgment of Israel for their idolatry 8-10 A remnant shall be blessed 11-14 The faithful are exhorted to lament their abominations and calamities
This is a new prophecy, and was probably given after the 430 days of his lying on his left and right side were accomplished. By Israel here Judea is simply meant; not the ten tribes, who had long before been carried captive.

8 Yet will I leave a remnant, that ye may have some that shall escape the sword among the nations, when ye shall be scattered through the countries.
